1 NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY. To enter this prize draw, simply answer and submit the questions and fill out the entry form on the Spin Jazz website during the entry period. You have to get all the questions right to be eligible for the prize draw. Spin Jazz will divulge your personal data .

2 The prize draw is open to everyone aged 18 years and over, only one entry per person is allowed.

3 The prize consists of a pair of tickts to a Spin Jazz gig one (1) winner will be selected at random from a prize draw that will be held on the announcement day at the end of the Entry Period.

4 No alternative prizes or cash will be offered.

5 The Spin's decision will be final in all respects and no correspondence shall be entered into. Entry into the promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions.

6 Prize winners will be announced at the Spin and notified within 14 days of the prize draw date by email. The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect, malfunctioning or undeliverable email.
